The fruit salad was provided for! Very nice staff, react immediately! The waitress brought another fruit salad, unfortunately it was just like before!

very central location, spacious rooms with views, accessibility for all guests
Noise levels from the square kept waking me up at night!!! The air conditioning didn't work effectively. If the maintenance on the bathrooms could be more consistent, that would also streamline the experience!!!

The location was stunning and handy, within walking distance of ring. Moreover, it's very close to outher bars as well as the centre of Eindhoven, bars, shops, restaurants and train station...

Very good breakfast, the coffee (different kinds) was served at the table. Friendly help of the staff when occupying a new table because of our guest in a wheelchair.
A hotel lounge is missing!

We visited Escaperoom Strijp-S and the Van Gogh-Roosegaarde Cycle Path for some fun. The hotel was clean, super comfy, and located near nightlife options. The breakfast was a highlight too with a great variety, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!
One thing I noticed was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, which would have been a nice addition for keeping drinks cool .

I had a very young baby that we travelled with for the first time and the staff were very helpful in arranging a travelcot. The room was a good size even with the cot in it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was generally family friendly. Also in an ideal location in the centre of the market.
Would have been nice to have had a bath in the room. However, we managed to give our son his first shower, which he loved:-) I wasn't aware that there were rooms with terraces available, which I would have booked online (even if there had been extra cost).
